I am not your ordinary executive coach or interim director.
Compared to most coaches and consultants. I have actually been in the “hot seat”, that my clients are sitting in now and can therefore better relate to their reality and the issues they are facing.
Be it loneliness or stress at the top, Global complexity in organisations, choice of future direction, Having to take tough decisions and People management challenges to name a few….
Throughout my life and career I have experienced recurring leadership, management and people challenges, and I therefore decided to found the Peter Rask Coaching & Interim Management company to help leaders, managers and teams increase their self-awareness to leverage their potential, find more meaningfulness, and become more powerful and successful.
I have worked more than 25 years in senior management positions in 7 different countries and the last few years as a professional certified executive coach..
Key names on my CV are; Unilever, Volvo Cars, Moteo - the number 1 European motorcycle company and ISS, the global facility management company.
Key roles have been; Vice-President, Global Marketing for Volvo Cars, Managing Director Volvo Cars, UK, CEO of MOTEO and Global Business development director for ISS.
Next to this, I have also enjoyed part ownership of businesses, and had board positions in Volvo, Moteo, FEBIAC, STC Ltd. and in the NGO fitness organisation, Friskis & Svettis.
I’m a professional trained coach from “the Coaching Square", in Belgium, which is the golden standard in coaching. Certified by ICF and in the process of achieving my ACC accreditation. I continuously educate myself with various coaching techniques and work under supervision with PCC coaches to further build on my competences and attitudes as a coach.
Business executive coaching & interim management is powerful —that’s why when it comes to client selection, I'm choosy. I want to give each client the time and guidance you deserve.
I speak fluently English, Danish, French and Dutch as well as Swedish.
I am a Danish national, and spent many years abroad in various countries and my home is in Belgium, where I have 3 grown up children. I love sports and to counter balance that, I also enjoy a good book and enjoying with others good food and wine.
