I work on temporary assignments as an interim manager or as a coach for business managers/leaders. My background is general & commercial management iin companies like Unilever, Volvo Cars, ISS and Alcopa and I am a Certified business Coach from The Coaching Square in Belgium.
As a Interim Manager, I help companies or the business owner/leader on business assignments such as:

I have the ability to effectively make things happen in a new environment, as I have done these things before with success and entered and operated in 7 different countries/companies and in various industries and roles.
As a Business coach, I coach business managers, that would like to find new ways to be more effective, fulfilled and less stressed at work.
I am a ICF certified coach and have trained at The Coaching Square in Belgium. Before that I led in the past +25 years organisations and people as a managing director through good times and difficult times, so I have most likely been in the Hot Seat, where you or your organisation are sitting now.
Starting with your objectives and what is important to you, I will work with you to increase your own and your organisations performance.
